Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across the USA takes 3–7 business days, and international orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping is applied automatically once your cart reaches the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart.

Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our studio we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order any time from Track Your Order or from the Orders tab in your account.

Get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order and we will happily change or cancel it. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be modified, but you may return it after delivery.

We do. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country, which are not included in the checkout total.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus the online payment options and manual methods enabled at checkout. Cash on delivery is available in selected areas.

Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment partners — we never see or store your full card details on our servers.

We do. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive new-arrival announcements and seasonal offers. Enter your code in the coupon box at checkout before placing the order.

Every product page lists exact garment measurements, and our Size Guide explains how to measure yourself. If you are between two sizes we recommend sizing up for a more modest, relaxed drape.

We work with breathable, lasting fabrics chosen for modest wear — premium crepe, viscose blends, cotton and soft jersey for hijabs. The exact composition is listed on each product page.

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colours, and hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Hijabs and delicate pieces are best hand-washed. Always follow the care label sewn into the garment.

Popular pieces are restocked regularly. Add the item to your wishlist or contact us and we will let you know as soon as it returns.

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and, once the parcel reaches us and passes inspection, issue your refund or send the replacement size.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, underscarves and items marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.
